This is the recipe from the seasoning package:
1 package of McCormick Seasoning for slow cookers pulled pork(not sure if you can get that over there)
3 lb boneless pork shoulder
1/2 c of ketchup
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c cider vinegar
cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hrs.
This made enough for the 2 of us and we froze plenty.
We put it on toasted hero rolls and had salad and baked potato.
It was very good, it did not yield a lot of "gravy" though.
