Frozen Rolls.........

I bought too many crusty rolls so decided to freeze them. What is the best way to defrost them so that they are still crunch but not hard. Thanks

just defrost like you would any bread, but you'll have to put them in the oven for a few minutes to crisp them up again. in my experience, crusty bread is never quite as crusty once it's been frozen, it becomes a little chewy. still nice though.
