Toffee/caramel sauce

Want to make a bit of an exotic crumble tonight....peaches, mango and pineapple covered in toffee sauce then a crumble mix on top.

However, do any of you nice people have a good recipe for coffee or caramel sauce.

I have......

Butter
muscavado and caster sugar
milk

unfortunately, i don't have cream or normal sofet brown sugar.

can you help ? I'd like it to be a fairly thick sauce if poss.

Do you have evaporated or condensed milk? They would substitute for cream. Milk would be too thin. Even coconut milk might work.
