I used to be able to buy small tins of spelt wheat in Waitrose, but they do not stock them any more, and I can't remember the name of the manufacturer.

Has anyone seen these anywhere? Or know who made them?

thanks in advance.

Just found out that it is made by an Italian company called Valfrutta. Negotiated my way round their website (my Italian is of the menu variety!) to find that it is still made, but I can't find a stockist in the UK.
How about an alternative?

You can buy online or you might be able to find a local outlet by clicking 'Stockists'.

If you are willing to buy a whole box of tins (12 or 24?) it could be worthwhile asking Waitrose to order you one. They are very good at things like this.
I buy Spelt bread from Morrisons, in my opnion the best bread you can get

Thanks for the replies everyone. This is cooked spelt in a tin, and thanks for the idea of getting Waitrose to order it. That might work and I will ask them.
