we tend not to eat chicken gina....but here's a nice easy and tasty pork dish.
Grill pork chops or pork steaks until done. When done top with a tablespoon of apple sauce, a layer of fried red onions, top with stilton (or a cheese of your choice) pop back under the grill until the cheese is melted...lovely. Serve with jacket potatoes and a nice salad and crusty bread...
how about chicken breast stuffed with olives in cream cheese and wrapped in parma ham.
just cut a pouch in the thickest part of the breast, chop up the olives into small pieces and mix into the cream cheese the spoon the mixture into the pouch then wrap 2 slices of parma ham around each breast and pin with a cocktail stick then cook for 35 mins at 190 degrees!
