Halogen Oven

Hurrah my halogen oven has arrived already, only two days! There are two cookery books, but only two sweet recipes, cookies and Victoria Sandwich Any tried and tested recipes for cakes or puddings very much appreciated.

Just do any recipe as same as conventional oven just lower temp slightly and needs less timing. Good luck .You will soon get used to it .My grandson thinks it's great to watch his cakes rise.
