How much does it cost to get a alcoholic drinks license for consumption off the premises.

Are they very easy to obtain?

Alcohol supply licensing is in a process of change and its not exactly clear what the issues are for someone that doesn't already have a license. Responsibility passes to your local council - you can ask them - but it seems many aren't geared up in this area..
