How come you can't freeze it?

Plus, have you got any recipes (except curry) that you can recommend I use the rest of it up with?

I always spoon it on top of a hot chilli con carne, instead of sour cream.
My ex used to say my creme fraiche was nice : )
Hi - I use CF to make a lovely sauce for pork (would prob go just as well with chicken). Fry leek/garlic/mushrooms/bacon - add CF/salt/pepper - and simmer gently until cooked. Pour over grilled pork medalliions or chicken breast. If you have any going spare, a simple dash of strong brandy to the sauce makes the flavour exquisite!
