as I have put on to much weight and getting a big gut by eating to much food and drinking to much wine.
I have been doing OK eating low cal foods and fruit and can feel a difference already when bending down etc.
Is there a lot of calories in eggs which I enjoy very much, not fried just boiled or as an omelet?
