too much couscous

Crisgal, no, I often eat it the day after - I take it to work for lunch.

I've reheated it before. It's a delicious alternative to rice and pasta, and so easy to make. Could be a bit chewy, though, when given a second blast.

Anne has said what I was going to say. Eat it cold and add veg or salady things like onions and red pepper. Delish.
