i found it very intriguing!
I love orange and almonds too. I'd have turned me nose up at his stilton ice cream though!

I've heard of cream cheese icecream but stilton's going a bit far, it would be very pongy.

They are cooked elvis....and once incorporated in the cake mixture-makes a very nice,not too sweet cake.
