any pheasant tips please?

hi i have two pheasants to cook this week
Anyone got any recomended recipes? Shall i just roast them, poach them or what?

When my Dad's brought them home in the past, my mother has either made a casserole in the slow cooker or stuck them in a pie.

I bought some a while back. He told me to cover them in marmalade. Unfortunately I forgot about them so never got round to doing it. It was the farmers recommendation though.

I don't know the receipe for this, but i imagine that you'd find it if you googled it - a friend did pheasant with stilton and blackberries recently and it was delicious!
