Are you lucky, and do you encourage it?
7 Answers
Do you find yourself to be a lucky person? For example if you picked a horse at random from a race would you find that it will often win? Or do you find that you always make the correct decision at any given time? Or do you find you have regular lotto winnings? Etc. etc. If so, do you do anything in your life to encourage your good luck or do you just find that it happens naturally? I don't consider myself overly lucky, I would not say I'm unlucky as I have won competitions in the past and now and again I get a bit of luck, but would not consider myself to be lucky, which is probably the case with most people. What's your story?

As far as lucky is concerned regarding horses, dogs etc.....forget it as my pick will run in the opposite direction.
However, i am quite lucky as and when i go to any Casino in any country i'm in, as i'm patient and dont ever go too mad too early. Normally win something.....rarely lose. :0)

I don't know about Lottos as I rarely won anything. However, in life, some of my stupid or bad choices at first seemed as such, became tragic events, then turned into blessings.
I have a feeling and I don't know why that I am where I am in life because I am supposed to be here at this time. All of the sequences in life that got me where I am geographically and financially are because I picked up a newspaper about in 1972, acted on a certain article.........and here I am. It was a newspaper that I saw or read only rarely--a couple of times a month, if any. It is very bizarre when I think back upon it.

I have to answer with another event that certainly affected my life.
According to geneology, my ancestors along with oxen, walked and led carts to Russia from Germany in 1767 They were part of a group of Germans that settled the Steppes of Russian upon request from Catherine the Great beginning that year. Well, one man (one of many) died on that journey leaving a widow and two kids. One member of the group married the widow and helped continue the journey.
What I am getting at, with that marraige, was the origin of my family group which yielded my mother and subsequently me...... I wouldn't be here without the first man. dying?
