Why does my juce taste of chlorine?

I was fed up of my juice(which I drink copious amounts of) being so cold,so I made up some with water that had been boiled in the kettle and gone cool,but the juice tastes yuk!
Any ideas why.Everything else from the kettle tastes great so I don't think that's the problem

How do you know it's chlorine you're tasting? Why can't it be your taste-buds?

Perhaps the kettle needs a good washing?

yes Wyzard - I did a "double take" too - and whether it was a wind-up

(i) get the kettle cleaned (ii) get one of those water filter jugs - they work well.
