well i had breakie (2 min bagels), lunch i had a kfc (around 1ish), and did have some snacks, (packet of crisps, a bar of trackers and a banana).

now im kinda peckish, or maybe im hungry... take away? or just have fish fingers sarnie? or maybe soup?

It doesn't sound a very nourishing diet, snowy, where's your veg and protein? Fast food tends to be full of stuff to make you want to eat again. Get some pasta!

I got my toastie machine out for its annual visit it was quite nice only bad basic cheese and ham but still yummy
