delicious leftovers anyone?

yesterday i made turkey and leek en croute in a cream and brandy sauce which we had for dinner. today i have soupicated the remaining veg (not much left surprisingly) and gravy and we've just had a bowl of it for lunch along with a final turkey sandwich. the rest of the turkey has been frozen for use at a later date, and the only stuff which got thrown away was two sausages, some roast potatoes and some stuffing.
friends coming round this evening so have also made an enormous chilli, and had to go out and buy a couple of sainsburys frozen desserts and some garlic bread.
and that's it, christmas over for another year, thank goodness.
so, what have you done with your leftovers, any tasty/interesting suggestions?
