after all the fancy stuff over xmas and new year, what are you having for dinner tonight? im doing a chicken roast dinner, maybe a small reflection on a turkey dinner but certainly without all the trimmings and already pre cooked from the supermarket. i just cant seem to get started today so im glad its something simple and plain!

Steak pie, with mash and carrots.
An easy night, chicken casserole and mashed potatoes.
Soup and crackers :c)
I'm just about to make a cheese and onion quiche, found a recipe on BBC good food website which uses up leftover cheeses, just like what I've got going on in the fridge at the mo
Soup for me as well CD-it had to start sometime :(
Spaghetti Alla Carrettiere
no idea, not sure i have much in either
I'm cooking for a friend tonight and have just realised that I've gone a bit cheese-tastic. Mozzarella, tomato and sundried tomato bruschetta, spinach & ricotta canelloni with a green salad followed by tiramisu.

I had better make sure I don't offer a blue cheese dressing for the salad!
Mince and tatties, don't want to go out, it has snowed again.
Chip butty.
i am having the meal for 2 for a tenner from tesco (which altogether came to £23 so bargain)
its's posh pies, chunky chips, carrots then clotted cream toffee pudding washed down with sparkiling hardy's pino somethingorother
i have now decided on a take away a mental rummage through my fridge suggests a cheese and port evening and i fancy something a bit more substantial!
