Taking mango flesh off the stone
plucking a haggis.
Not very keen on beheading and degutting fish!!
Mushrooms, in fact I refuse to purchase, prepare or eat them ever. I have what can almost be described as a phobia of them.
I actually love cooking but I hate touching food...lol

You know when you see someone touching a chicken and then picking up the salt and pepper to season it without washing there hands. Makes me cringe.
Beetroot
Eccles, I've never used one, but have you seen these? http://www.amazon.co....REMOVER/dp/B0013NCYAW

To answer your question, I honestly can't think of any food-prep I hate.
Raw slimey chicken.
Just as a tip, I recently started grating garlic cloves rather than crushing them and they seem to be twice as strong doing it this way.

p.s. did you mean bulbs or cloves? If you meant the former I wouldn't want to be within breathing distance of you tomorrow! ;-)
Actually, I don't like preparing a mixed salad. Mr LL gets that job!!
All of it. I'm more in to the eating ;0)
And I hate the feel of flour and can't stand it when it gets on to taps, work surface etc. Hence, I do not bake any more.
Count, yes raw slimy chicken is horrible. I hate preparing chicken. Funnily enough I do not mind preparing or touching red meat in the least.
Anything that is excessively well hung.

I'd better not mention that it is a chicken vindaloo that I'm making then ;-)

Count, keep well away from Berkshire as it is indeed two bulbs of garlic! I agree that grating is a good way of preparing garlic!

Thanks Naz, I have seen them but like you I've never tried one. I'm not a huge fan of gadgets, even if it will make a task I find tiresome easier (maybe!)

Anne, I hope you've caught your haggis and are leaving it to hang properly before Burn's night ;-)
cooked tomatoes. not a fan of handling raw meat but i'm ok if its off the bone.
If it means you never have to peel garlic again, a fiver would be money well spent, IMO ;-)

Mccfluff - what is it about preparing/cooking toms that you don't like, or is it eating them?

Lofty - I'm OK with regular flour but cornflour gives me goosebumps in the same way that tearing cotton wool does!
