can you freeze strawberries, melon and blueberries?

Spread the fruit on a tray to freeze it-then transfer into freezer bags or containers. If you are going to cook with it-freeze with a bit of sugar-this will form a syrup on defrosting.
Strawberries yes, blueberries yes. Melon - I doubt it. It would think it would come out a bit icy due to it`s high water content.
melon the dense types like galia and canteloupe freeze ok honeydew and watermelons less welll but they are lovely frozen and blended to a 'slushpuppie' type drink
Have you never seen The Darling Buds of May? They tell you there you can not freeze strawberries at all, as they will come out mushy.
Not sure about the others, but strawberries no no no. When they defrost, they just go to mush. :-(
