There is a cheese dip in Spain which is like Quesadilla (Sp) cheese sauce that you get in a Mexican restaurant. Does anyone know if they sell it in the UK?

Are you thinking of chilli con queso rather than quesadilla?

I've never seen it for sale but it's easy to make, I'll see if I can find a recipe.

Thanks Cancross, I've tried looking for Monterey Jack cheese but I don't know who sells it. Any suggestions?

ASDA do packs of Monterey Jack slices ... not ideal, but a start.

Thats where I shop Cancross. I've looked a few times in the past but I've never seen it in there. Maybe I should try the cheese counter instead of the aisle.
