Trying this shakey bag thing colemans

That's what ended up having to do or I would have had melted plastic all over our dinner!
Can't recall the name of the one I used ... don't think it was the Coleman's one. It was called "Rustic Chicken".

I don't know much about cooking but the bag shouldn't melt if the oven's at the right temperature.

I thought I must have the oven too high sandyRoe but no ... it was all as it said on the packet.

Sorry tink can't remember how long it said to cook it for now. Meat on the bone will take a bit longer than boned breasts. Have you got a lid on your dish - or foil over - same effect as using a shakey-bag-thing.

I shan't bother again ... looks so easy and delicious on TV but was hugely disappointed ... the melted plastic bag did nothing to add to the flavour!
