river cottage recipe

my mother in law to be has requested I find a recipe she saw on tv only recently on river cottage, whether it's a repeat or the current series I don't know, but she said there was a recipe to make a spanish sausage (made from scratch).

I have looked online but I'm struggling to find it, can anyone help?
