Just days ago I saw a programme with Keith Floyd making a dish with monk fish. he started with sliced potato'd fried in olive oil and then onions done the same. he transferred these to an oven dish before adding flour dusted fish, which I believe was monk fish. Does anyone have the continuance to this recipe please?
