Unknown Recipe

I was told, sketchily, about a delicious recipe by Hugh FW (River Cottage/Channel 4), where HFW had a dish of veg and before he placed this dish in oven, he made a 'hole' in the middle and broke an egg into it. This was shown recently on C4, but though the teller said it was delicious, he couldn't remember when it was shown or name of recipe, so can anyone help any further and probably direct me to the C4 site? Ta Muchly.

Hi Mamya, what I meant was that with a screen reader, I have to get an 'edit field' in which to enter text and for whatever reason the post an answer link does not always allow me to do this and the site is a bit 'unstable' and it actually sounds like someone or rather something is flicking the pages over....smile...but let's see if this answer goes first time, eh!...smile.Many Thanks again.
