Suggestions for stalls at event please

Hi all. We are doing a fund raising event in September and would ask any of you for suggestions on what stalls we could do? It is a Custom Car event and unfortunately we have lost a few stall holders as it will be during the Olympic games and they have been booked for the bigger events in the area so decided we (ourselves) will have a few stalls to make up the numbers but are baffled as what to actually do. Some have suggested making cakes to sell. Another (who is trained) will be doing a massage tent, where for a small fee people can have a back/neck or hand/feet massaged. Another just selling odds/sods (similar boot sale table). We need some original ideas for stalls to raise funds. Can anyone help by suggesting anything? Something as well that isn't going to cost a fortune for outlay of costs. Thank you

hook a duck - select and hook a duck, most are small prizes worth pence a stated number are bigger prizes soft toys on display.

the stocks - put local figures in the stocks and supply sponges and water, need access to water though.

Candy floss - rent a machine or practice on a home model you can buy in the shops for £30

Name a car... get nice model of something quirky and create a list of names select one name and seal it in an envelope. then let people 'buy' a name writing their name nuimber beside it the person who chooses the selected name wins it

Sort of like a name the bear....

fill a large jar with small car parts get people to guess the number of parts in the jar winner (closest) gets a prize

If there are going to be children then a hair braider is good (but get a quick one or a couple of them). I would pay £3 for a braid (maybe even a bit more), just a bit of thread and a bead (minimal cost).

One i remember from a fete years ago....
Eat 3 cream crackers in a minute without any water...a lot more difficult than it sounds offer a 5 pound prize to make it tempting.

BTW world record is 34.78 seconds i reclon lots of people would be able to do it in under 60 seconds

I would say sell smoothies and non alcoholic cocktails they are different and taste nice one of my favourites is orange juice, pineapple juice and lemonade.
try lots of flavours. make the cocktails and smoothies at home and put them in large bottles. take them in picnic bags (to keep them cold) and take some plastic cups to pour them. but good luck anyway :-)
