We really enjoyed this on a cruise last week and were wondering how easy it would be to make this at home....Can someone please suggest a recipe or is it as simple as putting natural yoghurt in the freezer?
Thanks in advance....

You can make it with Greek yoghurt, honey and fresh fruit. Blitz the fruit and fold through the honey and yoghurt and either churn it in an ice-cream machine or put it in a tub and freeze.

Thank you for that! Good bye to 'fatty' iced cream!!
I just blitz some frozen fruit, I usually use raspberries, with cheap supermarket low fat yoghurt, and hey presto, frozen yoghurt. Low fat, low calorie and very tasty too.
Back in 1969 a shop in Newark where I worked used to sell 'Frozen Yoghurt,' they used to store the ordinary yoghurt varieties (fewer in those days) in the freezer they were delicious when frozen and still had the usual consistency when thawed.

There's nowt new here!
