i am making tuna pancacks

the recipe states '2 curry leaves' which i havent got,what can i use instead.

You probably won't miss them if you leave them out altogether but bay leaves are probable the easiest thing to use instead.

Curry leaves taste nothing like curry!

They have their own flavour, there isn't really a substitute but bay will bring a bit of depth and nutty sweetness, which is a not bad replacemement.
