I've got bogged down in hundreds of Nigella's recipes! The one I'm after is the one she did a couple of weeks ago. The only thing I remember about it is that she boiled it in ginger ale. But what did she glaze it with etc.

Glazed mine with mustard and soft brown sugar yesterday and by god it was nice. Boiled it for over 2 hours in Cola first !!!

I roast mine, wrapped in foil with water around it. Glazed with brown sugar and cinnamon - had it for tea tonight, better than Christmas dinner.
