All sorts, brown, vegetable, pilau... you can buy corn or rice pasta from Holland and Barrett and most supermarkets. You can have sweet potatoes instead of normal potatoes. Use rye bread instead of normal bread-- toast it with honey or peanut butter, it;s great!
I make a lot of veg chillies and curries with lots of pulses- beans and chick peas, so you don't feel you need a lot of carbs. You can also have oat cakes in your lunchbox- spread them with houmous or mushroom spread etc. They REALLY fill you up. Or japanese rice crackers. Or rice cakes. Or Ryvita (make sure it only has rye and no wheat.)
Holland and Barrett also have some nice frozen "convenience" foods like veggie burgers and felaffel, in their freezer, which are wheat free. You can also buy rice noodles- thick or thin.
