No
You don't have do, but you can do.

Whatever you want. There's no written rule. I've usually eaten most of it, before it goes into the pan :)
Nope, just slice it.
Would peeling easy? I've never though to do it.
No.............. but you do need to remove the 't'

Chorizo and chicken work really well in a jambalaya
''Would peeling easy?''

Cut it in half length ways which will give you 'edges' so you can grip the skin and remove it.
Definitely pron. "choreetho"

Except in Croydon, no doubt.
I think he means it doesn't usually have a 't' in the spelling. He's being a mischievous little imp, that's all
Fry it with red onions, throw in some cherry toms, balsamic vinegar and mix with pasta or cous cous, delish. Or, potato, kale and chorizo soup.
Remove the casing first - I don't know what these heathens ^^ are on about!
It's the 20th letter of the alphabet, slinks.
I always remove the skin, actually.
Question Author
i will remove the skin then slice it in the food processor and then slice onions,i have got some smoked bacon and tomatoes, loads of cheese, can u suggest something from that lot???
To aid peeling, prior to cutting as snags suggests, place it on a chopping board and roll it with the palm of your hand for a minute or so. This should loosen the casing.
