Im looking to brighten up chicken breasts and boneless thighs any ideas folks...

I would chop some chilli, ginger and garlic, mix with a little oil and smother over the chicken for a while, I might add a bit of lime juice as well.

Hmmm, fancy that for dinner now!
Or by some Paul Newman sauce and tip over for the last 10 minutes.
or you could mix some curry powder, lemon juice and a dash of worcester sauce and rub this into chicken breasts, shove under a medium grill...........yumeeeeeee
Lemon juice, honey and soy sauce.
Here's a new marinade ! Slop plenty of lemon curd over your chicken breasts and leave in the fridge for a few hours, then roast. Very lemony and yummy !
