Got Good Recipe / Sauce , For Fall Off The Bone Ribs ?

im into ribs at the minute and im trying to get ( easy recipes ) i have looked up youtube etc anbd some good info on there but the problem is i have to go out and buy lots and lots of ingrediants. i want a few good recipes for marinade sauces or coutings for chinese chilli and honey ribs, barbeque ribs etc. i have been using packets of coatings from tesco at the minute which is easy and generally tastes ok.

a good base for american style ribs is one measure of black coffee, one measure of tomato ketchup and half a measure of oil shaken together in a jar. Add what other flavourings you like.

what about an easy chinese style honey and chilli ? or barbeque ?

Get some store cupboard items like honey/dark brown sugar,soy sauce,Thai sweet chilli sauce,black pepper,dried chillies,Worcester sauce,olive oil....then you can experiment and make any number of sauces/marinades. And-you'll always have the necessary ingredients.

3 parts soy sauce to 1 part honey,minced garlic clove, dried chilli flakes to taste...or fresh chilli minced,grated ginger,oil and squeeze of lemon (optional).
