Does anyone have any really delicious and different from the norm squash recipes?
I'm particularly interested in any recipes for sweet things be it a tray bake or a full on dessert, but preferably not a pumpkin pie.
Spicy tagines and curries, salads, fritters.....or something new and completely different.....please share you favourite squash recipes!

Make your pasta dough. Cut the squash into wedges and remove the seeds. Bake for 40 mins until soft. Remove the flesh and place in a bowl with 1tbsp icing sugar and mix well until it resembles a puree.
Roll out the pasta until very thin and make ravioli as I am sure you know how to make! lol
Heat up oil, and fry raviolis until golden. Drain on paper and suat with caster sugar. Serve with chocolate ganache or warmed maple syrup.
It is disgustingly sweet but yummy lol
