Thank you. I'm sitting up the table having a sandwich. My blood pressure went sky high. I suppose the shock. Will probably need mr.c to help me out of bed tomorrow. The nurse at church [she's my neighbour too says I will be very stiff tomorrow and take some pain killers before I go to bed.xx
