Spicy Indian Sausages

I used to buy these from a butcher - absolutely delicious!
Trouble is, the butcher has has gone and I cannot find these
sausages anywhere else.
Anyone out there know where I can get them? N/NW London.
Better still, if someone is willing to share their recipe - Fantastic!

Chances are,the butcher made them himself. Maybe Google lamb koftas.....here is one recipe,and its pretty simple.
