My favorite thai take away dish is Fried chilli soya sauce chicken with rice.. Anyone else tried this?? I would love a recipie so I could try and cook it myself.

I've eaten a fair amount of Thai food,and have never seen that.

Do you mean chilli chicken which is made with dried chillies or do you mean Thai chilli chicken with sweet basil? Or is it something else?
