Hi I have a load of blackberries and apples and I wondered if I made some pies do I freeze them uncooked or cooked

I always cook mine diamond
Cook first...otherwise fruit may "change" over time ie different flavours and textures.

I know what you mean I will have enough fruit for two pies and the fruit didn't cost me anything as I picked the blackberries and the apples came off my daughters tree!
