If I make a chocolate cake with the 8oz of everything recipe and use an 8" square tin what temperature and time should it be cooked at?

About an hour at 180C. Do a skewer test from 50mins onwards.

175c for 40 mins is what I would cook it at but always do a skewer test to check first.
