Lamb/pork Chops Recipes

Hello, do any of you Answerbankers have any good recipes for lamb and pork chops with gravy or sauce please tried and tested.? Thanks in advance.

Pork with a cider and apple cream sauce.

Pan fry pork remove from pan to rest, in the same pan fry some finely diced onion and apple, add thyme and cider reduce, add cream and seasoning. Delicious served with slow braised red cabbage.

It's a Delia recipe so probably easy to Google.

Not much of a lamb eater but will give it some thought.

The first thing that pops into my mind for lamb chops is coating them in Indian spices and served with a mint raita.

I do mine in the slowpot. One small onion for every two chops, tin of chopped tomatoes, stock cube and a few herbs. Let it all stew for at least four hours - taste, then add ( e.g.) worcester-sauce/ketchup/wine/salt/pepper/dash-of-marmite - as you prefer. I've done that recipe for years - never fails.

Seal the pork chops on both sides in a mix of oil and butter then add sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper. When the chops are cooked through add some creme fraiche to the mushrooms, stir and serve.
