Does anyone know, please, the amount of the quick dried yeast I should use instead of half an ounce of fresh yeast, please. I want to make some Derbyshire oatcakes, and can only find a recipe using fresh yeast. Would be grateful for your help, please. Cheers, Chox.

I use 2 teaspoons making a medium loaf if that helps
I agree with that.

thanks so much, folks. Am going with the Dove's Farm conversion chart - it's much more user friendly and has given me the answer I need. Cheers everyone. Chox.
