Stale Hot Cross Buns!

I had a pack in the freezer and took them out, but nobody ate them and now they are stale. Had a mad idea of using them and making a ‘bread and butter pudding’. What do you think?

Your Answer...I've done that at work. Split in half, spread them with either marmalade or apricot jam plus butter. Really yummy.

Put plenty on the buns, unlike jam it's not to sweet. Let us know what you think x
