Pumpkin Soup

just got a new freezer(smaller than my last one)but I found some frozen pumpkin I put in last year,i am in the process of making nice soup with it for dinner tonight,I love it with toast.what are you lot having ?

I am still emptying my old freezer,might take me a week or two.

Actually I thought might do some Salmon with prawns in coconut and lime with a nice salad and some ferocious rustic bread x

I am making a duck breast for my son,I am not fond of duck so he can have it,one less thing for the freezer

Dave did a delicious meal... lamb shanks and perfect veggies. His gravy is amazing.... could even convert Tony!
