Hi
Please can anyone tell me a fail prove recipe for Fairy Cakes,and also maybe answer why my small cakes do NOT RISE.
When I make SPONGE CAKE ,that goes very well,and does indeed rise,but the small cakes just stay flat!! and I do so want to make butterfly type small cakes. All the flour etc. is new,and eggs etc. are at room temperature.
I do-not open the oven while cooking(glass door helps)
