Roast Beef

I bought a Roast Beef dinner yesterday, (creamed potatoes, cabbage/carrots and roast beef) just cooked, but did not get home to late.

Would it be ok to heat (in microwave or ordinary oven) and eat today.

Yep, I'd eat it.

I always judge food by ready meals. If you can buy it off the shelf/fridge...it'll be fine.
