Freezing Spuds

Hi I had already peeled spuds for a roast dinner but now my friends car has broken down. Can I freeze them anyhow?

I parboil mine and then freeze them. Then just cook from frozen.

You could cook and mash them then freeze. Not sure if you can freeze them uncooked.

You could still roast them the freeze them

Cook them first. Raw potatoes will go mushy due to water content.
