Apple Crumble And Sausage And Mash And Gravy Recipes Wanted Please.?

Hi, I had a day trip yesterday and enjoyed Apple crumble (no oats) and custard and sausage & mash with gravy and garden peas.It was delicious. Anyone got tried and tested recipes they could share please. I would be very grateful.

I usually add a few cloves and cinnamon when stewing the apples. But pretty much the recipe Chris has posted.

It's been a few years since I made crumble...made it a lot when I was working. But I never liked it fine and "sandy". I liked larger chunks of crumble...which often had some muscovado sugar instead of golden or caster sugar. I didn't flatten it or press it down too much either. It always came out very crispy.

That's how I made it Pasta. But I don't make puddings any more.

Neither do I...I only ever made them when I worked. Crumble and bread and butter pudding were my favourites...and I had to sample them of course!
