cheese cake

Has anyone got a nice but quick recipe for cheese cake. I had a lemon and lime one once and would love to no how to make it. Thanks

1 pkt digestive biscuits/ginger nuts
250g melted butter
4tbsp brown sugar
8x250g tubs philadelphia/mascarpone
200ml double cream lightly whipped
4-6 tbsp caster sugar
juice of 6 lemons
flake to decorate
-crush biscuits and mix with melted butter and sugar. press onto the bottom of a loose-bottom tin and place in the fridge for 30 mins
-mix together philly, cream, lemon juice, and sugar until smooth.
-"dollop" ontop of biscuit base and smooth off. place in fridge for 20 mins.
-before serving crumble flake on top

...very very quick laid back cheese cake...
half a large pack digestives crushed
4oz butter melted
1 pack lemon jelly (made to half the strength on instructions)
1 tub philidelphia (not light it won't set quite the same)
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon (or lime)
8foz double cream whipped until soft
make the base as per usual, make the jelly add the juice and rind, cool ,soften the cheese with a spoon add to the jelly , bung in the cream, pour into a tin , set in about half an hour to an hour....you can makee this with any jelly flavour, experiment , thought the lemon /lime is the best
...you don't need sugar for this as the jelly is sweet enough...

Make a sweet pastry shell . Mix 6 egg yolks with 2 cans (about 800ml) sweetened condensed milk and loads of lime juice (about 8 oz) Add some green food colouring and bake in the pastry for about 30 - 40 mins. Cool and top with whipped cream and lime slices. Eat. You don't have to share it by the way.
