Tomorrow night I'm going to cook large mushrooms, the big Portobello type, topped with goats cheese and wrapped in Parma ham.

Quick question - considering the size of the mushrooms should I part cook them before I top them with goats cheese and wrap them in the ham and then bung them in the oven????

Don't particulary want the ham and cheese to be ready when the mushroom is only half done.

Thanks

I think I would flip - because the thin ham might dry out too much if you have it on the whole time, don't you think?
