In the early 80's I lived in Denmark and we used to get brisket which was red in colour amd served with cabbage in a sauce. Does anyone know what this was called and have a recipe?

sounds like salt beef. or corned beef. the irish use salt petre to keep it red
if is called rødkål and you can get it on www.danmarkmedposten.dk
