Cold Salads

Does aybody have any recipes for the cold salads you get fom the deli counters in the supermarkets like the cold pasta and chiken salad, the various rice salads, florida salad,spicy noodle salad, pasta salads etc etc. I just love them and would like to make some at home for family packed lunches. I know what you mean janet I have asked the same q before. I think it is the sauce they put on them that make them so tasty but have never found the same recipe, for the different sauces. I would be interested if anone else has any more answers.
